Since the start we have worked hard to make quality coffee drinks and pastries. We started with one little shop in downtown Flagstaff serving coffee, espresso, sandwiches, and homemade pastries. Today we have 4 cafés and a warehouse that houses our coffee roaster and offices.

The decision to roast our own coffee was easy, is the only way to guarantee our customers will have the freshest and best tasting roasted beans possible.

Gourmet coffee is equal parts science, art, and pleasure. The science is in the roasting, art is in the preparation of a drink, and pleasure is what you feel when you take a drink. Our goal is to provide you with all of those qualities in one cup. Some refer to it as 'black gold', 'liquid love' or 'nectar'. Some want it. Some need it. We all love it.
