Smoke Jumper is really quite simple. We use one of our favorite selections from one of the 25,000 islands that comprise the Malay Archipelago, ensure it can hold it’s own (because sometimes they do and sometimes they don’t) at a medium-dark roast and unite it with a snappy coffee from Africa. That snap comes from Tanzania where they grow a prized and somewhat rare peaberry grade bean. It’ a little bean but it’s packed with the flavor of chocolatey stone fruit. It also has a citrusy zest that jumps out of the depths of a dark roast. Together they make for a very easy-drinking, comfortable cup that has tasty nuances. If you’re looking for a dark roast to drink straight, without cream, this may be it.
