Brazil: From the largest producer of coffee comes
a mild, soft cup with light to moderate acidity and medium
body. The aroma is strikingly classic.
Colombia
- Supremo: Our choice among many is from a cordillera
still producing from old Typica trees. The cup is laden
with a heavy body, soft acidity, and rich flavor tones.
If it had an earthy character we'd say it's a Sumatra.
Famously well-balanced, rich tasting and aromatic with
a pleasing finish.
Costa
Rica: From the Award winning Fincas de Leon, a
great mild coffee with good balance, acidity, body and
character. In the cup, our Costa Rican is sturdy without
being boring. A classically hearty burgundy undertone
highlights this coffee.
El
Salvador: Mild and sweet. Flavorful without being
exotic. Easy drinking.
Guatemala:
Very distinct, smoky flavor with a hint of spice
unfolds from a bright acidity and moderately rich cup.
A hint of nuttiness in the finish adds a pleasant addition
to an already well-balanced and complex cup. A world-class
cup.
Kauai:
Similar to Kona but with a bolder fruit-like flavor
and milder acidity. (not pictured)
Kona:
Medium body, very mellow, and sweet. The distinctive
island character reveals itself through this coffee's
intense floral aroma. (not pictured)
Mexico: From a mile high in Chiapas comes a
bean producing a clean, sweet, light-bodied cup with
acidity akin to dry white wine. The finish has a hint
of nuttiness followed by a slight woodiness and dissipates
quickly. It is aromatically brisk and fragrant.
Panama:
From Boquete Valley, this is a very fine, well-balanced,
mild coffee. A full body and delicate acidity makes
for a famously smooth cup rich with character. Under-appreciated.
Great all day long.
Peru: A mildly acidic coffee, with light to
medium body. Offered only as an Organic. Very flavorful,
aromatic, and pleasing cup.
