Light/Dark Roast

This blend is a lot of fun!  We carefully roast two sets of origins (one very dark; one at a medium roast) for entirely different characteristics.  The result is a very pleasing and popular balance.  The darker roasted beans are oily and bittersweet with smoky aromas. The light roast adds a bright, clean, sweet quality.
