Light/Dark Roast
This blend is a lot of fun! We carefully roast two sets of origins (one very dark; one at a medium roast) for entirely different characteristics. The result is a very pleasing and popular balance. The darker roasted beans are oily and bittersweet with smoky aromas. The light roast adds a bright, clean, sweet quality.
We realize that shipping prices have risen quickly in the last few years, so to offset shipping costs for our customers, we have lowered our coffee prices. Additionally, UPS charges more for distance than weight on smaller shipments, so shipping costs for 2 pounds of coffee are the same for 1 pound of coffee: it’s essentially free shipping!
