Shipping Policies

We generally ship via United Parcel Service. We can ship every day M-F (holidays excluded). Unless otherwise noted, your order will typically ship within 2 business days of receipt of your order and payment or credit card approval.

Orders requesting priority shipping must be received Monday to Thursday by 12:00 PM E.S.T. to ensure rapid or priority shipping.

Orders requesting expedited shipping which are received after 12:00 PM E.S.T. will generally ship the next business day.

Some short delays might occur due to the roasting schedule or short term supply of special roasts. We aim to please and we look forward to hearing from you!
